SOS teamed up with the NBA to help a young Miami Heat
fan.
Eight-year old Mikey Stolzenberg lost both his hands and
feet to a viral infection last year.
The NBA Cares and SOS stepped in to help. NBA Cares
donated a new computer with speech recognition software
and SOS provided the training. Now Mikey will be able to
work on the computer by just using his voice.
The Miami Heat's Dwayne Wade paid a visit to Mikey a few
days after the training session with SOS.

Today's voice activated software allows you to do much more than
just dictate a letter. Now you can open programs, save files and
check spelling. You can even navigate the web with just the
power of your voice. That's because the new voice recognition
software gives you greater control over the mouse as well as the
keyboard.
