Assessment

In the assessment phase of the SOS process we evaluate the current skill level of your organization and identify learning objectives. The assessment may include computerized skill tests, questionnaires, employee surveys, hardware/software appraisals, and management surveys. Based upon the skills assessment we design and develop a training plan.
 

Design

SOS will design and deliver a training plan that includes specific and measurable objectives. The training is tailored to meet these objectives. With your support and approval the design is finalized.
 

Implementation

The training plan is implemented on time, within budget, with specific measurable results. Frequent progress reports are provided during the implementation.
 

Review and Re-new

After the training, SOS will provide a recap of the results and will review the progress towards your technology objectives. Post-training assessments are conducted to determine the success of the training and identify any follow-up steps required.
